These terms and conditions apply to the Carat & More Jewellery site (“Website”) located at www.caratnmore.com. Carat & More and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Carat & more”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these terms, conditions, policies, and notices. Please read them carefully.
1. PRIVACY

All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Carat & More or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of the Website, with copyright authorship for this collection by the Website, and protected by international copyright laws.
3. TRADE MARKS
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not the Website’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us. All other trademarks not owned by us or our subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by the Website or its subsidiaries and affiliates.

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of us.

5. YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Carat & More reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
6. REWARDS & MORE PROGRAM
Rewards & More Program (“Program”) is a loyalty and referral program held by Carat & More. Registered customers (“Members” or “Customers”) on the Website agree to join the Program and comply with this Terms.
Carat & More offers rewards in point(s), coupon(s), discount code(s), or any other format of offers (collectively “Rewards”) to Members only. Types of Rewards and redemption/ claim are as follows:
A. Members may choose to pay with points towards their purchase by clicking the “Wallet” icon on the Website. Slide the bar to the left or right and choose the Points to claim. A code (“Redeem Code”) will be generated for application on the “Checkout” page, under the Shopping Cart section.
B. Members may also choose to exchange points for cash coupons. Members may go to the rewards dashboard by clicking the “Gift” icon and select the “Claim” page. Members may apply the cash coupon Redeem Code at checkout or give it to an individual as a gift.
Rewards are in Redeem Code format for Members to apply when they make a purchase. Procedures of making a purchase with Redeem Code are listed below:
i. Apply a valid Redeem Code at “Redeem your coupon” on the “Checkout” page.
ii. Click “Checkout” button when a relevant discount is shown under the Shopping Cart section.
iii. Follow the checkout instructions to place an order. After completion, Members should settle the payment on time. Should an order be cancelled due to no or late payment, the redeemed discount /code will not be reimbursed or replaced.
To earn Rewards, Members can fulfill Program’s requirement and complete activities which include but not limited to:
Members’ Rewards will expire on 31st March every year. After this date, all Rewards points on Member’s account will be reset to zero, in other words, any unused points will be automatically cancelled.
We may modify and change the Program at any time in its sole discretion. If we decide to terminate the Program, we will notify Members by email at least 3-month prior a termination. Carat & More reserves the right to the final decision in case of any disputes.

7. USE OF REWARDS AND DISCOUNTS
Rewards and other discounts (“Offer”) include points, coupons, discount codes, referral links/ codes, Redeem Code, and any other discounted offers.

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Carat & More reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Carat & More a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Carat & More and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post: that the content is accurate: that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity: and that you will indemnify Carat & More for all claims resulting from content you supply. Carat & More has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Carat & More takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
9. ORDER TERMINATION
We reserve the right to withdraw any products or services from the Website and remove or edit any materials or content on the Website at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, but in exceptional circumstances that may make us unable to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, we reserve the right to decide any time at our sole discretion that we are unable to process the order. We will not be liable to you or any other third party for our withdrawal of any products from the Website (whether it has been sold or not), removal or editing of any content on the Website, or refusal to process or accept an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.
10. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT
Before a confirmation of successful payment is sent to you, all orders for items are subject to stock availability. If there are supply difficulties or unavailability of stock, we will refund payment of purchase price but not include any extra charges (e.g. bank handling charge) you have paid during the payment.
If customers do not pay an order on time, we reserve the right to release the product to the Website and other customers without prior notice. Generally, a purchaser should settle a full amount of order within two-day after an order is placed.
11. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PICTURES
Carat & More attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or other content of the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Listed diamond weight is allowed 5% variations while the listed weight of precious stone and semi-precious stone is allowed 10% variations.
Pictures of products on the Website are for reference only. The real object should be considered as final. We do not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
12. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If customers find any original defects caused by us (“Defects” or “Defective Item”) on their purchased items, except non-returnable items, purchasers can request a one-time return service (“Return & Exchange Policy”) for our inspection within 5-day from the day customers received their products.

For Hong Kong orders, it is required to bring the reported item to our showroom after making a reservation with us. For international orders, shipping costs associated with this service will not be covered by us. Carat & More will collect the reported item together with the original packaging materials, invoice, and other items (such as certificates, gifts, redemption items, etc.) and inspect. If we determine the item is defective, we shall repair, replace or exchange at our own discretion. Carat & More reserves the right to inspect reported items and make any final decision at its sole discretion. We may change, modify and terminate this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
13. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Carat & More offers a one-year product warranty service (“Warranty”) of our sold items. One-year is counted from the invoice date. Warranty includes:
Customers are required to make an appointment with us for any service. The feasibility of the Warranty is determined by the conditions and design of a product. Complimentary services are limited to once per product during the warranty period. The product repair fee depends on the type and design of an item. We shall offer a free estimation after an inspection of a product; We shall repair the item after receipt of repair fee and confirmation from the purchasers. Hong Kong orders are required to return items for checking and repair by bringing items with the invoice to our showroom; International orders may enjoy the warranty service by shipping items to us. We will not bear all associated shipping costs, duties and taxes. We have no obligation and not liable for any damage or loss of items when shipping and delivery. Carat & More will not warrant items that are found to be modified by any third parties. Carat & More reserves the right to decide and define the Warranty at our sole discretion. We may change, modify and terminate the Warranty at any time without prior notice.
14. LIFETIME CLEANING SERVICE
At Carat & More, sold items include a lifetime cleaning service (“Cleaning Service”) which is valid for Hong Kong orders only and is free of charge once per year per item. Customers are required to bring the item with invoice to our showroom after making a reservation with us. The feasibility of the cleaning service is determined by the conditions and design of a product at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject to clean items that are found to be modified and or re-plated by any third parties. We may change, modify and terminate the Cleaning Service at any time without prior notice.
15. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars and may change from time to time.
Carat & More will start processing orders after receipt of full payment. Customers are required to settle the full payment of order in two-day after an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel the order if customers do not pay on time.
International Shipping charges are in addition, such additional charges will be quoted as soon as possible after an order is placed. Please refer to the Payment & Shipping page and Clause 16 for more shipping details. If International customers decide not to continue processing the order after knowing the shipping fee, we shall cancel the order and welcome customers to shop with us next time. Carat & More shall not ship the order to customers’ listed address unless we receive the payment of order and shipping charge. Carat & More is not responsible for any taxes, import duties, customs fee or any other extra charges that may occur during order payment processing and/ or the shipping period. The shipping charge will not be refunded if the recipient rejects accepting the delivery.
The price of items shall be as quoted from time to time on the Website (except in the case of an obvious error on the Website). While we do take protective measures to ensure that all prices quoted on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we have discovered an error in the price of any items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with an option of reconfirming the order at a correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and you will receive a full refund if you have paid for the items. We are under no obligation to sell the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been reasonably detected by you when placing the order.
16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are based in Hong Kong and our item origin is China. There may be restrictions on some international destinations for importing jewellery. We will fully refund your order in case that the carrier does not accept the items to be shipped to the country. Please be aware that your items may be subject to taxes, import duties, customs fee or other extra charges which are applied when the order is delivered and or reach that country/ region. We have no control over those charges, and it may not be possible to predict such cost. We have no obligation and not liable for any damage or loss of items when shipping and delivery. Customers should comply with applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the items are destined. We are not liable or responsible in any way if customers fail to comply with such laws and regulations. We are not liable or responsible for any delay in shipment and delivery.
17. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to customers upon our delivery to the carrier.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Website is provided by Carat & More on an “As is” and “As available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website. You expressly agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Carat & More disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Website, its services or e-mail sent from Carat & More are free of viruses or other harmful components. Carat & More will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website, including, consequential damages.
19. APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting the Website, you agree that the laws of Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”), without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern the Terms of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Carat & More.
20. SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to the Website. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and
