All items are non-refundable. If you receive a product that has defects originally caused by us (originally defective), you can enjoy a one-time return service for inspection and repair (if necessary) within 10 days from the day you received your products. This return policy does not apply to non-returnable items.

Please follow the instructions below to apply for an inspection of your item.

1. Send an e-mail to info@caratnmore.com or a message to our WhatsApp +852-6133-1094 and provide your order number or invoice number for requesting an inspection.

2. Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 2 business days. Please bring the unused item along with the original packaging materials, invoice, and other items (such as gifts, redemption items, certificates, etc.) to our showroom for inspection.

For international orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by us.

3. If we determine the item is defective, we shall repair, replace or exchange at our own discretion.

Non-returnable items include:

- As stated on the invoice;

- Free gifts;

- Discounted or special offered items;

- Engraved items;

- Items that have been worn and modified; and

- Items that are not in its original conditions, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to production defects.

Non-production defects include:

- Damages caused by exposure to chemicals, fire, accident, negligence, abuse or misuse;

- Damages caused by normal wear and tear;

- Damages caused by unauthorized repair or being tempered with; and

- Stolen or lost
